OTP prides itself on its can-do problem-solving and in-house ability to design and create bespoke props and take on demanding briefs requiring imaginative design-and-construct solutions.
In the past, we have been asked to provide a beach volleyball court on a village green, which required 28 tonnes of RH37 bunker sand; three full-sized cable car props for an Alpine-themed event; a covered stage designed to comply with strict Scheduled Monument regulations, whilst being in-keeping with the period of architecture in the moat at the Tower of London; a visually sympathetic stage design for the Orangery Lawns at Kensington Palace; and a National Rail regulation compliant train platform, amongst other things.
If what you need for your event doesn't exist, then we'll make it. OTP's Wallingford location has allowed the expansion of its metal and wood fabrication facilities, which, alongside extensive use of CNC machining technology, positions OTP at the forefront of bespoke event design and fabrications.
