Logistics Coordinator

SUMMARY: You will support the OTP team in logistics coordination, client liaison and daily administration tasks to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. Core duties will involve liaising with Project Managers to identify crewing and transport requirements; updating and monitoring Team Track and Current RMS rental package software to coordinate crew and vehicle logistics; arranging and monitoring vehicle and crew logistics with suppliers; and also managing office and warehouse supplies.

Forklift and Yard Operative

SUMMARY: The successful candidate will be working within OTP's busy yard and warehouse operations, supporting the Warehouse Manager. An experienced counterbalance forklift driver with an in-depth knowledge of current H&S regulations, you will be primarily responsible for loading and unloading a range of vehicles and trailers alongside picking and preparing equipment for despatch and checking and returning incoming equipment to warehouse and yard storage locations.

Hire Coordinator

SUMMARY: You will liaise directly with both private and corporate clients, from initial enquiries through implementation and after-care. This role demands detailed attention to daily administration tasks thereby contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. Core duties will also involve managing and coordinating the preparation of hired equipment and consequent transport requirements; operating and updating Current RMS rental package software; and acting upon customner feedback to improve internal systems and identify market opportunities.

Project Manager [Structures]

SUMMARY: The successful individual will be experienced on working on staging and structures within large scale events and highly experienced with both entertainment trussing, rigging and Layher scaffolding. You will oversee the completion of advanced staging and structure projects from initial enquiry to final completion, liaising with clients from enquiry, through quotation, logistics, implementation and after care for a variety of site-based staging and structure projects. You will be responsible for booking all related resources, contractors and crewing, and manage project budgets effectively in order to maximise profitability, with detailed management of project specific profit and loss, procurement, reconciling, authorisation of subcontractors and project payments. You will also assist co-workers to ensure equipment quality through careful maintenance of all Company property and problem solving to develop best and most effective operational practices.

You will be responsible for booking all related resources, contractors and crewing, and manage project budgets effectively in order to maximise profitability, with detailed management of project specific profit and loss, procurement, reconciling, authorisation of subcontractors and project payments. You will also assist co-workers to ensure equipment quality through careful maintenance of all Company property and problem solving to develop best and most effective operational practices.
